My girl's doctors are here. The place is reasonable and can go anytime since they do not take reservations. That does mean you might have to wait a while depending on how busy they are. I buy the prescription dog food here but it is a bit pricey. It is convenient. The staff is friendly enough.
I went to a nearby vet to check out my dog that had been in heat when a neighbor dog got into our backyard. They gave me a date to come back and said that it was the soonest they would be able to tell if she was pregnant. Well, I came back and they confirmed that she was pregnant with six puppies and that it was VERY early on in the pregnancy and that they could abort and spay. The price was ridiculous. Value Pet Clinic really is a great value, and worth the drive no matter where you are located in the Puget sound area. The staff are all friendly, and the prices are awesome. I was impressed that I could pay just $25 for a mini-check up, rabies & FVRCPP vaccinations for my cat. This service would easily cost $60-80 elsewhere. I will definitely return & would recommend Value Pet Clinic to anyone, even if you can afford the higher prices elsewhere.
Staff answers phone on first ring. Staff is courteous, sympathetic, and helpful. Service is prompt - I took in my pregnant cat for a C-section and a spay at 10 am and picked her up - with her five kittens - at noon! And I was a walk-in client. The two surgical procedures cost $524, which i thought was a pretty good deal. 45 minute wait on a nervous dog is bad. Still waiting just to pay the bill. Waiting forever is ridiculous when you have an appointment.
Actually 0 stars. I simply brought my tiny 6 pound cat in to be spayed. They couldn't even manage to do blood work for her, and had me pay for tranquilizers and traumatize her further by taking her in the next day. It was terrible trying toget her to take the pill and I felt so bad to see her all drugged up. So I brought her back and they were STILL unable to draw the blood!!! And THEN told me they could just do it on the day of her spay... What?? Then why did you put her through all that stress?? And how are they so comple... read more
*****They don't even off to work with their customers at all, they don't even try to understand the customer point of view....... they just resort to "Well, if you don't. You're going to go to collections. " In the most rude tone ever***** Incredibly misguided information given to customers over the Paw Plan. Arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment to put down our elderly cat, only to sit waiting for about 15 minutes just to be called back. The process in the room was an absolute nightmare. Ended up waiting again for the paperwork alone, then again for them to collect payment (we weren't allowed to provide the payment for the euthanasia at the front desk as preferred), and then again for someone to come sedate our poor fur baby for the catheter. I have been extremely happy with lake meridian vet until today. I recently spent over $4000 on my pets. One needs a booster shot. When I checked in this morning I told them I needed to get cash from the bank across the street because my bank card had been hacked. They told me there was no charge. While waiting they then told me that there was a $18 charge. I could only come up with $15 out of my pocket. Nope not good enough. They would not bill me and I had to make another appointment
