Compassionate, caring, funny, skilled, hard working staff. THE BEST! So glad to share positive feedback well deserved. They really take the time to explain every med or procedure, but still manage to fit you in when needed, or not make you wait for appt.
I started coming to Lake Street Animal Hospital when I followed my amazingly wonderful groomer, Molly, after Jimminy Clippers had closed. First off, the staff at LSAH is so kind every single time I drop my boys off for a groom. I haven't had much interaction with their staff outside of the ladies at the front desk, but, they are always so welcoming and kind. This Hospital and it's wonderful staff have been nothing but kind, supportive, and friendly during the many years that our family's animals have been their patients. They greet you by name, or even a hug when you walk in the door, always remember the fur babies names as well. We’ve gone to Lake Street for almost 10 years with our dog, Lola. Every person at Lake Street AH has been caring & wonderful. Add two 6 month old recently adopted kittens who both had some unexpected issues and although they were booked up, managed to squeeze them in. They diagnosed and prescribed with professionalism, and showed them compassion and love at the same time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
They used to be a good service, before their main veterinarian retired. Now, it's gone down hill in service. Very rude people who work the counter and they're lacking in courtesy. I'll never bring my pets back there.
