Every six weeks I pile into the car with my cat and two young children and we bring Monster in for her nail trim. The staff is ALWAYS so warm, friendly, and welcoming. They are so kind and patient with my children who think going to the vet is just the most fun ever. The technician always comes out after Monster’s nail trim and tells me what a good girl she is. Everyone was very kind and professional. I recently adopted a 7+ year old rescue dog. Her dew claws were beginning to curl in, close to pushing into her pad. The wait for an appointment with my usual vet was too long. The staff at Lake Street Animal Hospital set up an appointment for me to bring her in the next day. The tech did a great job trimming Piper's nails and was able to reassure me that we caught the dew claw issue in time to prevent any problems. Definitely going to be visiting them again!
I would recommend them very highly. I have been taking my pets there for 6 years, they are very caring, very easy to talk to and they take great care of my pets. Always available to help me and answer questions.

I’ve been bringing my cat there for many years and now my new puppy. They are always so caring and seem to remember my pets by name. It makes me feel like they are in really good hands. The staff always takes the time to explain information and send me with instructions.

Lake Street is amazing. I’ve been taking my dog Ozzy for 10 1/2 years. The staff and doctors are wonderful, friendly and care so much about the fur babies that come in. Honestly wish the doctors and staff for myself would care half as much of what Lake Street does for our pets. Highly recommend!!!

We returned to Lake Street Animal Hospital with our new rescue last week. We have not been there since we lost our little Jessie 3 years ago. They welcomed us back and remembered Jessie. Our rescue is a little nervous around people but she did great with Vet Tech Jose and Dr. VanDerWal. Thank you for the warm welcome back and the care and love shown to our new rescue Stella! I highly recommend them to take great care of your pet!
