Got our dog in the same morning that we called. She had never been seen here before, but was sick and we had heard great things about the office. They treated my daughter who brought my dog in with utmost respect and explained everything to her. They acted fast and got labs, took samples and then sent her home with the appropriate medications. She just was there yesterday so has a while before the antibiotics will be completed, but is doing so much better today. Thank you!!
This pet hospital is incredibly up to date in equipment/technology, very clean and has at least 3 vets on staff. They are very knowledgeable and caring - great staff. 3 year old, spayed housemate. Not eating, which is not common for this cat. She is very vocal and demanding for her wet food at 6 am and 6 pm daily. She has access to dry food 24/7. She shares the house with 2 other cats and 2 human employees. She had bound up bloating. X-rays were taken and she was given intravenous fluids for dehydration. Sent home with pill... read more
Diane did a great job with our old dog. She is 15 and can be a handful! We went to Lakeland years ago, but moved and went to a new groomer. She recently retired, and left us looking for someone fast. I called Lakeland and they got her in quickly. I was so glad that Diane was still there! I would highly recommend Lakeland for grooming your dog. Missy thanks you!
The entrance staff all the way to the doctor were an amazing group of outstanding people to have worked on my dog. They went above and beyond to be sure my fur baby received the best treatment. They all treated me with such respect through the whole process. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone who has the need.
During an emergency out of 4 different Vet Clinics, Lakeland was the only place to even attempt to see my cat. Every staff member from Scheduler, Tech, and Vet were so kind and went above and beyond to help answer my questions and get my cat Murphy the help he needed. They squeezed us in between other appointments to take care of us in our time of need and I am so grateful. It was very clear they love and care for every animal that comes through the door.
