Upon moving into the Pangea Lakes Apartments, I had a few issues and concerns with agreed upon rental accessories and other non-related rental fees due to misinformation provided. However after addressing ALL my concerns with the Zone Lead Marcus White, he has made sure every issue is addressed. I must say that I'm highly impressed and one satisfied tenant.
I put in mail for door bell still not fixed , 3 weeks now , parking is crazy 😛 feel like I’m in jail , but I don’t bother anyone and they don’t bother me , Will someone please fix my door bell or tell me what’s going on with it
Landlords are very unprofessional and stalkers i witnessed today a landlord hiding in the laundry room waiting for tenants to exit their homes after beating on people door like she’s police you can’t be mad if people don’t want to talk 7am or 8am they tell you please communicate and you will but they ass still harass you till don’t need to nomore . Can’t come fix nothing on time and fix it right but will beat you down for rent money !!!!!
Some of Pangea Staff needs to learn what professionalism is. You have the employees dating residence which I think is unprofessional. You tell employees about some of the residence unruly children and they do nothing about it. A lot of residents are moving out. Would you pay rent somewhere where all these above is going on? It has been brought to my attention that several employees at this location has tested positive for COVID-19. Also it's to my understanding Pangea Lakes does not taking being infected by Covid-19 as a serious matter. To my understanding there are no precaution measures in place to help with the safety of employees and tenants. It saddens me to hear a multimillion dollar company doesn't care about the well being of their employees and tenants. This real estate agency is a scam! They take your money and tell you that you are approved and then tell you that you aren't once you decide you want to close on a place. Every unit we were shown had roaches and bugs. The person showing us the units was not helpful or informative amd every single person at this establishment were rude and ignorant. They were quick to tell you "this is a recorded line" but yet spoke to you in a very nasty manner. IF YOU CAN DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!
They don’t take care of problems, this ceiling has been leaking for 3 wks. She has called several times and nobody has come! Jazmin is 7 mths pregnant with twins and it’s mildewing!!
