The PM doesn’t respond when there’s an issue in your unit. You have to let the hot water run for an hour at least before it gets hot in the winter. SAD AS HELL
Probably one of the worse companies to rent from. Problems started as soon as I moved into one of their apartments. Things continued to only get worse during my 1 year lease. On top of that they just started charging a water and sewer fee which nobody notified us about.
I hate Pangea!!!! Since I moved in the unit in October of 2016 I've had nothing but problems smh. First, it was the heat after calling the city for a little over 2 months they finally fixed it. I recently just lost my keys to my apartment and couldnt enter my unit because they have no spare. Everyone thats works for them has a key but Im not allowed to use them until mine arrive. If I want to get in I have to pay 25 dollars everytime I need to be let in. It supposed to take 3 days for the keys to come but somehow they are no... read more
They be going up on they rent to much and they're maintenance terrible .
ALL WE NEED IS SOMEONE TO TURN THE FUSES ON. WE HAVE NO LIGHTS OR POWER. I CAN'T EVEN GET A CALL BACK. And this, coming from the company that tried to scam us into leasing for a higher rent amount than listed! Trash! If you choose Pangea, don't do it in Chicago!
