I have nothing but great things to say about this assisted living. The facility is clean, tidy, up to date, and the care is excellent. I see staff working down every hall when I go in. All members of the staff speak with you, make you feel like family and are very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. We have had a wonderful experience with Lakes at Gainesville! Mom has lived there for 18 months now and the staff are the most caring I have ever seen! I’m an RN and have been in healthcare for 40 years. The administrative staff are very attentive as well and always respond in a very timely manner. My in-laws have been living at The Lakes @ Gainesville for over a year now. I can’t say enough about the staff, always friendly and very caring. My in-laws just love them. The facility is clean and safe. We feel their care is a top priority which gives us, the family, tremendous peace of mind. We highly recommend
We moved my mother and father in law into The Lakes at Gainesville recently. It has been such an improvement over where they were previously. The Lakes are well staffed with caring professional people. The food is great and lots of fun activities. We have been well pleased!
The atmosphere at this facility is so inviting. The staff members are very friendly. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the building clean. I highly recommend this assisted living!
