This was my first apartment and to be honest for the cheap rent its a good place. It's hard to get maintenance to respond to any of you complaints but most of my complaints were minor. Other than almost all the outlets being pretty much stripped and tons of really nosey old lady neighbors I would recommend this place.
U wld think if u pay your ent and don't bother anyone you ould have a nice private home, not here. The manager up front spends her day smoking cigarettes and looking for someone to harrass. You are not allowed over night guests, cnt swing golf clubs outside, and if something messes up, too bad for you. The apts. Are tiny, laundry facilities suck, and the grounds look like a kid did them....
To anyone reading this I will say that Lakeshore Apartments in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga are a decent place to live, but I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. The apartments are small and far too expensive for the size. In fact, there is an apartment complex less than 5 minutes away that is larger and cheaper.
