Verified Renter I've been here for a while now, and I just love the activities they have for the residence. You will not find anything like Lakeside Terrace. I don't have anything to worry about being here. We all are like family here. We look out for one another. I had deliveries sent to the wrong addresses, and the residents either take it to the office or they will bring it to my home.

Verified Renter So far I am happy living here. If there is a maintenance issue, its been addressed quickly. I seem to have a lot of spiders/bugs that make their way into my unit, however. Does the complex spray outside for bugs?

Verified Renter This is a good community to live in. Although the rent payments keep going up, it's still very comfortable. I believe that if Lakeside Terrace's commits to a set standard price with their annual rental leases they would have more long-term residents.

Verified Renter The maintenance department has improved significantly since I started living here two years ago. I also like how they make an effort to get everyone together who lives in the community by having local restaurants have a truck come here at least once a month.
