Verified Renter It used to be pretty efficient, nice and friendly. But, with the last experience requesting maintenance it has been difficult to get it resolved. I hope it's just a temporary issue, because I have recommended this place to several coworkers that stay in the city for some seasons.

The maintenance personnel are experts in all repairs.chris Winn is excellent,there is nothing that he cannot fix.in all we are very pleased living here.

Verified Renter Lakeside terraces made it easy to move in, they answered all my questions and helped me understand things that i didn't know. This is my first apartment and they definitely helped me out a lot. I was greeted by my neighbors which was nice as well.
