Lakeside is a very amazing place! Very friendly community very beautiful view & not to mention the staff Lauren and Mike are extremely helpful & respond quick with any concern! I recently moved into Lakeside Village and it is my first apartment on my own after living in Chicago my entire life. While exciting it was a bit scary and definitely stressful. Lauren made the entire process go as smooth as humanly possible and has always been kind and accessible. A true professional. Mike the maintenance tech is a really kool guy. Love the location, close to route 45 and the Mundelein train station. All of my appliances and light fixtures are new, the furnishings overall are quite nice for the price of the unit.
Excellent location and place to live. Lauren is very attentive and resolves any concerns or questions quickly, in addition to Mike, the maintenance manager, being very helpful and resolving any damage that may arise in the buildings.
