Writing this review with such happiness and sadness! I recently moved to the east side of the state and had to switch vets for my dog. Lakeview staff was great with him and helped me with each step of adopting him and getting him used to normal dog life. I can’t recommend them enough... it you are in the KZOO/portage area your pets deserve this vet! Thank you for all your kindness, quick appointments, and helpfulness along the way.

When Mika came to us, we knew we needed to find care for her that mirrored the love we feel for her. I had reached out to friends with pets in seeking for area vet offices and received multiple suggestions. After ranking them by the number of friends that had voted for them and cross referencing each with those accepting new patients - we opted for a different one than Lakeview Animal Hospital in Portage. I can say nothing but great things about Lakeview! My family takes all of our animals there and unfortunately yesterday we had to say goodbye to our cat, me and my sister were met with the up most compassion and care during the appointment from Dr. Bartlett and staff. I would recommend this vet to anyone for any animals needs. My dog also loves it here! Thank you again !!
The Dr.'s and staff are thoughtful and considerate. They are good about getting back when questions are asked by phone. They truely care about the needs of our pets.
I appreciate the sincerity of the vets and staff when discussing my pets health and issues. Overall, consistent in the standard of concern and care that you receive from everyone. Even tho the Lakeview’s practice has expand in the past years, their growth has kept a personal touch to my pets care:-)
