RecommendedNot only does the staff take exceptional care of the animals, but they also take care of the pet parents. Their knowledge, and willingness to learn, has given me peace of mind when my pets needed special care.
I can’t say enough good things about Lakeview Animal Hospital. The doctors are very knowledgeable and companionate in treating our animals. The reception techs are also very well trained and experienced. I called in one day with a concern, and thought I would have to speak with one of the doctors. The technician I spoke with answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. This is a fantastic place to take your beloved four-legged “kids.”
We had a 16-year-old emotional support Yorkshire Terrier; that was when I say our child, I mean OUR CHILD. She was well known around Portage because I am a co-owner of Romence Gardens Inc. and brought her to work with me every day. Last August, she was tragically hit by a car in my neighborhood. One of THE MAIN REASONS we decided to get another Yorkie was because of Lakeview. They are the best. We would never go anywhere else.
To me a vets office becomes an extended family since I am in love with my pugs. It’s more than just having excellent vets as to me the entire vet staff is vital. This practice has it all! If you adore your animals like Your own “ human” children (or more lol) you will Lo💓e this place. It took me a while to find this treasure. I am very thankful
Staff is always cheerful and courteous. Dr’s are thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate.
These people are absolutely wonderful with my dog, “Hayden”. They treat her like their own along with all the respect you have to offer. Also if you have any concerns they WILL meet them. I’m internally grateful!!!! Keep up the great work LakeView!!!
