Excellent!! I have called LVT my home for 3plus years and we LOVE it here?? The complex is clean and quiet and the staff are amazing and we call them our friends not just our landlord!They have been more than helpful and supportive throughout this crazy pandemic (THANK YOU LADIES ??Amber, Crystal and Ella you all rock) We look forward to to getting our reserved parking space after 5 years???? If you’re looking for a great place to live come to LVT!!

Love My Home I just want to thank Lakeview Terrace & The Club @ Springlake for taking such wonderful care of their tenants during the hard time everyone has faced with the snow and ice storm. I want to thank our maintenance man for going far and beyond getting our water turned back on. He worked so hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. I love living here I have been living here for 5 years and I love it. The staff are friendly and professional. If I have a problem like a maintenance repair...all I have to do is call the office and talk to the staff and they put in a work order and my problem is fixed. Since I’ve been here I have had no bad experiences.... the property is quiet, regularly landscaped, and clean. I recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place to live. ??

New tenant, will update I've only been here about a week, but I've received four email requests to review the apartments. So, here it goes... 1. The property is okay so far. Common spaces seem well maintained--no complaints there. 2. There are roaches everywhere, which I noted on my inventory sheet when I moved in. We'll see how quickly that's addressed. 3. My neighbor(s) smoke in and/or around their apartment(s), so sometimes my bathrooms and dining area smell like cigarettes. Not thrilled about that. 4. Came home to find t... read more

I am sorry to here that you are not happy. Have you contacted the office to go over the issues you have? Pest control is here every Monday. We can put you on the list. You just have to let us know. If you filled out the inventory form, that is for us to write a work order for what is wrong with your unit. If there is any work orders for your apartment then we have authorization to enter your unit. If you do not want anyone there unless you are home, please state so when putting in work orders.
