We were shopping online for a good used vehicle. We found a 2022 Chev Equinox at Lakewood Chevrolet. We came into Lakewood Chevrolet to a friendly greeting by Jose Cruz and Tyson Haldane. Jose was very professional. He showed us the features on the vehicle and answered any questions we had. We were very grateful for Jose helping us to make our purchase a reality. Had issues with my tires and TMIS. I was worried I had one flat already and that potentially another tire was going down. Called Lakewood yesterday and was told by reception that they were booking on Monday of next week. I had some questions so they put me through to Alana in the service department. She heard my story and being a senior the worry in my voice and asked if I could come in early today and leave my car so that they could work on it in-between other service calls. I had my car in to get my winter tires put on . Jaimee was AMAZING ! Her customer service was amazing! So friendly and helpful! Between her and James I always leave happy ! I would recommend the service department and sales team to anyone looking for great customer service!!
