Great service, friendly staff ! We had a salesman within minutes of getting out of are car to help us ! We were there to purchase a newer truck and ended up buying a new 1500 silverado and a new Equinox all within a few hours of being there are salesman was Jose cruz who helped us meet are every expectation of buying experience! excellent service, very professional, completed everything in a timely manner. To be honest the only thing I dislike about Lakewood Chevrolet is this thing where they push customers to fill out surveys which I am aware is a direction from the managers otherwise they don't leave you in piece with all the emails and text messages etc. until you fill one out.
