When Don Wheaton didn't help me much and I didn't know what else to do, Lakewood had me covered. I had such a bad experience at Don Wheeton with only one guy who had the experience to examine cars was too busy training other people that they made me sit and wait for many hours on multiple days only coming to the conclusion that they had no idea what was wrong with the car. My car blew up! Jaime was absolutely amazing at helping me navigate through the process of getting it fixed. Thank goodness it was under warranty. She was honest upfront and very easy to deal with. She put up with my many phone calls and questions with a smile. I can't say enough hood things or give enough stars to explain. How happy I am with the service I received from her!!! Brenda also was great to deal with. Not sure what department she is in but she answered alot of calls from me and was always friendly.
