I took my truck for humming/Retelling sound coming from engine, James Lagozar was service advisor, Mechanic figured out that sound was coming from muffler, there was a broken piece of metal retelling inside. James sent me videos showing retelling sound, they replaced the muffler. Service from James was outstanding. He was very professional and he knows how to deal with clients.
