I knocked off the rocker panels on my Equinox when I was parking my vehicle at a friends house. The windrow that was there was over her sidewalk. On February 14, 2022 James Foss helped me by very efficiently and quickly put the panels back on. He did not charge me for the service. He absolutely made my day.

Aaren went above and beyond when going through the paperwork with me today. Aaren was super patient with all my questions and answered them all at the fullest detail. I went in to finance my truck from end of the lease and Aaren made me feel valued as a customer even though we decided not to go with another new vehicle!

Vince at Lakewood Chev was amazing to do business with! He was honest, knowledgeable and kind. It was my first ever vehicle purchase and he walked me through the entire thing. I bought my vehicle in August and today (almost 6 months later) when I had a question about my vehicle I called him and he remembered me and was able to help me out.
