Easy and enjoyable experience I went into Lakewood not really knowing whether I would qualify or not. Vince was easy to deal with, we have him a list of what we wanted, and our budget. The next day we drove away in a vehicle we could rely on, and a feeling we did the right thing. I would recommend Lakewood to anyone looking for patience and understanding when buying a vehicle!
Amazing Customer Service Once again, the amazing staff at Lakewood Chev showed the true meaning of teamwork & worked together & helped us get into our new vehicle. TOP NOTCH Customer Service - Chad M. I am always skeptical of how Customer Service will go in today's day and age as this is something we cannot expect that will satisfy our needs, unfortunately. My new Colorado Went into Lakewood Chev for a new truck. Found a Colorado we liked. Joel was very friendly and helpful, he got us through the sales centre and into our new truck the same day.
Fantastic and wonderful experience I had a great time at Lakewood Chevrolet. The staff was very fun and amazing. I was actually coming in to get my 2015 2500 HD Silverado serviced. I had some time to kill so I went to the showroom just to look at the new vehicles. When I had an amazing sales lady come up to me her name is Ishrat Maan. Fun, Knowledgeable, Professional, People skills It was the best experience that I have ever had when dealing with professional sales people, it was fun and I felt very relaxed even when the negotiations were going on. Both Dan and Jordan are very people oriented and care about the customers needs and opinions. I left there knowing that these people have your back no matter what happens.
Team work These guys went above and beyond to help out with our special circumstances working as a team to figure out the best move for us. Honest.
