Very Impressed! This was my first service appointment at Lakewood and I must say, I am impressed. Although I purchased my 2015 Chevy Cruze at a different dealership, I will continue to go back to Erika and the guys at Lakewood Chev. Thank you for all the information about my car and the best customer service I have experienced. I would highly recommend. Also, Brad in parts cut me a key, programmed it, came outside in the rain and made sure it was perfect. Prices for parts and service were affordable and fair. Great work!

Scheduled Oil Change I brought my 2017 Equinox in for a routine oil change. Dwayne took my keys and I was pleasantly surprised to get my Equinox back in 35 minutes. He also suggested some further maintenance to keep my Equinox in good working order.

2019 Colorado This is the second time I have gone to this dealership. Both times I felt no pressure at all to buy. They were always happy to answer my questions. Even the service department contacted before my extended warranty was up to schedule an appointment to check everything over before the warranty expired. I will always be a Lakewood guy. Overall good experience Kylie was fantastic helping me choose a vehicle. Gave me a variety to choose from and listed the best and worst of what I was looking for. Being as picky as I am it was nice to have a stress free experience. The actual troubles were when I picked up the vehicle. It wasn't ready, wasn't cleaned and I almost drove away with a single key.
