I have used the service on several occasions from making the reservation with Maryann to the driver Javier it was a flawless experience. I recommend this service. The vehicles are clean and always on time.

I tried Lana's Limos to go from Hartsdale to LaGuardia and also booked them for a reverse trip. I was very impressed when I received both emails and texts to confirm my bookings and car arrivals. The driver taking us to the airport texted m to say he way early and to let me know we can leave whenever I was ready. I was warmly greeted and we enjoyed having bottled water at the ready when we were thirsty. A nice touch. Great and professional. I've used Lana's limo a number of times, mainly to and from my office, and to the airport. Every time, they were on time (usually early) and very friendly. I've had to be late but that was never a problem. Just call them up to change stuff or whatever, and they've always been very accommodating. I'm also very happy with how clean and comfortable their cars and SUVs have been every time. We used Lana's limo for a birthday dinner recently. Overall, pricey, but service was great. Driver (I think his name was Cam) was professional and arrived early. Would have given 5 stars except the limo (which was supposed to be "brand new") was far from new. It was still in good shape, but part of their sell to justify the price was a brand new limo. It was probably 8-10 years old, and had a strong "carpet cleaner smell" to it. I don't think I would have noticed if they hadn't used the words brand new in their sales pitch... read more

I rented a sprinter van. It was dirty inside and out. There was water damage all over the ceiling and it smelled like smoke and perfume. The driver was nice but the van itself could not drive up hills! It created an especially dangerous situation on the highway. I don't recommend this company for any sort of elegant occasion. I called Lana about the unsafe musty ride and she some how tried to blame it on me lol.

I called and the first time I asked if I couldget a car and they said they weren't even a car service. It was the lady's cell or something. Then I called again I got through I needed a car right now they said they would have a car come in half hour then they stopped talking on thephone at which point I hung up then I call them back and they tell me they have no cars so now I'm here waiting I could have booked with someone else by now. This is a HORRRRRIBLE SERVICE

Lana's Limo provided transportation on our wedding day a few days ago. The service was fine, but they attempted to call me DURING my wedding ceremony (literally, my phone rang while I was standing in front of 200 people and my Maid of Honor had forgotten to turn it off) to tell me that they were charging me one hour of overtime because they couldn't get in touch with me to clarify what they should do.
