I called and the first time I asked if I couldget a car and they said they weren't even a car service. It was the lady's cell or something. Then I called again I got through I needed a car right now they said they would have a car come in half hour then they stopped talking on thephone at which point I hung up then I call them back and they tell me they have no cars so now I'm here waiting I could have booked with someone else by now. This is a HORRRRRIBLE SERVICE

Lana's Limo provided transportation on our wedding day a few days ago. The service was fine, but they attempted to call me DURING my wedding ceremony (literally, my phone rang while I was standing in front of 200 people and my Maid of Honor had forgotten to turn it off) to tell me that they were charging me one hour of overtime because they couldn't get in touch with me to clarify what they should do.
