Our review is a little different in that we are early in a process of returning to the Pacific Northwest region after living on the East Coast for the last twelve years. Had an excellent experience working with Landed Gentry. Jayci Shaddy was always attentive and helpful in all aspects of the buying process. Great help from Angela at the Design Center and my interaction with others with Landed Gentry and the Woodside community continues to very positive.
We've been in our home at Woodside for less than a month. Love the neighborhood and Mount Vernon WA. There was one issue at the home. After notifying the warranty service, the issue was fixed the next day, excellent! Good follow through from sales to closing. Love the home!
I love my new home and living in this community of very friendly people. I started looking here four yrs ago and it took me awhile to make the leap and buy. Every new chapter in your life should start with Landed Gentry. I was greeted by Jayci and from that moment on I knew Woodside was going to be where I wanted to move. We have been in our new home in Woodside for over a month now and are very pleased and thankful to be here. Our neighbors are all so friendly and we are enjoying getting to know them.
