Great experience at Landmark I had a great experience at Landmark today purchasing a new Grand Cherokee. Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in the door! My salesman, George Little, made sure that I was happy and understood all of the features on my new Jeep before I left. The manager, Jared, went out of his way to accommodate me and the financing was easy and quick. All of the people involved in the process were professional and friendly. I definitely recommend Landmark!

Trade-in for a surprise birthday I already owned a Jeep that I bought from Landmark when I contacted them last week to see if I could trade in my other car to surprise my spouse with a Wrangler for his Birthday. Straight forward & to the point I did an internet inquiry the night before & someone was calling the very next morning. Great salesman I called landmark of Atlanta to see about a truck on the internet and Travis Hallman answered the phone, he was polite and a great listener to my questions about the Dodge Ram. We took it for a test drive it was great ,everything I wanted in a 2500 Diesel truck. Travis Hallman and the lankdmark staff gave the best deal out there! And I checked out all dealerships. Jeep Grand Cherokee Service Tim Whitehead, manager of the service department, turned my entire situation around. I was having some issues with my Jeep after a previous repair. He made sure to get to the root of the problem and get my Jeep back to me in a timely manner. He also gave me updates regularly throughout the entire service experience.

Excellent Sales Support Both Nate and Josh provided excellent support throughout the entire process. Most of the work with Nate was on the phone on Friday before coming down on Saturday. Josh picked up where Nate left off and worked with me through the whole process. I do think the DOC fees are too high and really should be included in the advertised price of the vehicle.

Good Management/Dodge Challenger I had an issue with my vehicle and Management went above and beyond to make sure that this was taken care of ASAP!! I thought that the maintenance would take a few days at best and I was prepared to be without my vehicle but was called in the afternoon after I dropped off the vehicle that morning. greatest car buying experience ever I stopped by this dealer on the way home from work and I was glad I did. I was interested in purchasing a charger hellcat. A salesmen by the name of Mike Thompson assisted me in doing so. His customer service skills was off the chart incredibly good.
