The service rep was nice, but the service takes forever. Our Fiat 500L was having issues with the front driver's side door. It required a few parts to be ordered, which takes time of course. The issue is that the actual work took days and days. The issue apparently is that the dealership has only one guy who can work on Fiats. Seems a little dumb to have only one. What if he gets sick? What if there are 5 Fiats needing service? The answer... you wait and wait. Our service rep was very apologetic, but it wasn't his fault.

Greatest experience of my life! Monica did a wonderful job assisting me with my purchase! I arrived close to closing i wasn't rushed everyone was very patient & friendly! They made sure I got a great deal and I'm glad you all have them on staff! Please don't let these associates go! Employee of the month award goes to them! Fantastic Service I was trying to trade in my old vehicle and purchase something a little larger on a pretty tight budget. Italy's Service Italy gave excellent customer service during my time viewing the dealership. She was very welcoming when she approached me. Her approach of sale was to the point but not pressuring and always had a smile. I wasn't quite sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted but she got the deal done. I am very satisfied and pleased with my purchase and her patience.
Awesome! I stopped by to take a look at the Challenger Hellcat. Italy, my sales person was very informative. She never pressured me or made me feel pressured to purchase; I actually felt right at home. I'm a person who likes great energy, and Italy gives that type of energy. As long as she's selling cars, I'll be buying them from her!
Service Department Shawn was absolutely amazing! I left my Jeep in for service over the weekend while out of town. Not only did Shawn take me home, but also picked me up from the airport and brought me back to my car for pick up. He was very communicative through the whole process and I couldn't be more pleased. I can't thank him enough!!!
