0 Star : My Experience This paint job was a 2nd time job. 1st time paint started peeling. Came in and the manager was great!!! He said he would take care of us. He was very nice about it. Cailyn not so much. During the paint being repainted our car got damage to the back passanger side bumper. We are still waiting for a response if they can see in video when the damage occurred at the shop.

0 Star : My Experience I have a part that is unrelated to the repair that was broken during the repair - a $2k Ford branded tonneau cover. I was treated rudely and blamed for the damage by the body shop manager. I was told there was no liability and that I need to talk to my insurance agent. To be clear, I was never informed of the condition of the tonneau cover nor was I informed there was a risk of breaking it. Not sure if the people doing the work just do not care or maybe think no one will look at the work performed or lack of ? There are still wires not attached and I had to vacuum more debris out of my engine as well as clean under the cowling that was not done. I can send pictures upon request. I came in to get my vehicle and the shop manager told me they forgot to call me and let me know that they needed another 3-4 weeks to complete job due to a bent upper control arm.
