0 Star : My Experience Please ask Kelly about all the things that went wrong while having my car fixed. I was embarrassed for your fine company with all your errors, which added 1 full week to the repair process. That had to increase your costs. I buy all my cars from you & have all my service work done with you. I’m loyal and I want you to be successful. You used to be excellent. Many people went the extra to make things right for me (notably Kelly and Tim), proving your commitment to service is still there.

0 Star : My Experience The young man at the desk is a total delight and is an amazing asset to your team. It was also very easy to schedule an appointment and get the ball rolling on repairing my vehicle which is really important as well. My paint job was not as great. There were some bubbles and pooling and it does not appear as if it was blended into the body panels after the new bumper was installed.
