0 Star : My Experience Your new employee Jill in the body shop is the reason Landmark Ford just lost 3 17 year loyal customers. Having a employee who is completely incompetent calling screaming at a dying chemo patient who has nothing to do with my car is completely insane and unacceptable. No apology from her what so ever! Accusing someone of not paying when the payment was made and confirmed by the service department. Very poor hiring decision. My family will be going elsewhere for now on.

Later he said there was a new discovery that a black corner bumper, due to the damage under, was needed to be replaced instead of repaired so the price would be up to twelve hundreds sometime.
