0 Star : My Experience We are currently on a road trip to move to Florida and it’s apparent that the car was not fixed correctly. The car keeps overheating, the AC doesn’t work properly, the car thinks it is a lot hotter then the actual temperature outside, the brake warning light goes off randomly, the cruise control sensor doesn’t work all the time, the right rear break light is broken and when we got our car back it seems that someone stole our ball hitch. To say I’m extremely unsatisfied would be a gross understatement.
1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend little disappointed on the disjointed ness and completion of the job...this is my 3rd explorer with landmark, I would hope i would have some better priority status....not totally happy by the full project 3.5 Star : Repair Quality would have like a walk through of exactly what they did so I could compare against insurance claim 3.5 Star : Customer Service same as before, I needed more detail 3.5 Star : Returned Clean

0 Star : My Experience Your new employee Jill in the body shop is the reason Landmark Ford just lost 3 17 year loyal customers. Having a employee who is completely incompetent calling screaming at a dying chemo patient who has nothing to do with my car is completely insane and unacceptable. No apology from her what so ever! Accusing someone of not paying when the payment was made and confirmed by the service department. Very poor hiring decision. My family will be going elsewhere for now on.
