Exceptional! Wonderful staff! I appreciated all of the time that your treatment coordinator spent with me explaining the insurance authorization process prior to the procedure. I was dreading having my wisdom teeth removed! The medical staff were so nice and set me at ease immediately ( I was so nervous!) And Dr. Lane is calm, kind and gentle. Everyone was very accommodating. I appreciated being told step by step what was going to happen.
The nurses asked if I had any questions when they were prepping me for the procedure. Dr. lane was and is a wonderful doctor and person, he explained the procedure thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable.😀
