excellent service all around. immediately felt comfortable with staff. very friendly and personable.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Lane several years ago and I just had an implant done by him. Both experiences were excellent. He, as others have said is very calming. I would also add that his technique is very gentle and non threatening. I was very nervous going in, but the assistant was able to quickly administer what I needed in order to continue the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Lane.
The administrative and surgical team are all professional, friendly and excellent at their respective jobs. Dr, Lane was also terrific. If you are nervous about your procedure, rest assured you will be just fine in all of these capable hands. I highly recommend.
I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Lane and was treated fantastic by him (very calming and friendly attitude) and the staff. The office was really nice (didn't feel like a medical place) and my recovery was smooth. Hope you don't need any treatment but if you do I would recommend Dr. Lane!
Love these guys! I had to get my wisdom teeth out due to a fairly serious infection. I was in pain and desperate for relief and they were the only ones who MADE time for me! They treated me with kindness and dignity, they treated me perfectly and thankfully gave me just the right medications to stop the pain before they could get me in for surgery. The nurses are kind, charming, and knowledgeable. Doctor Lane is charming, compassionate, and experienced. Only wish it was a bit cheaper!
Patients BE AWARE, they charge for pre-treatment estimates. I scheduled appointments for FREE pre-treatment estimates with 3 different doctors. Dr. Lane’s office is the only one that is charging me for the estimate despite my request for a free consultation when first contacting them. I was not greeted kindly either when calling them with a complaint, and they did not show any willingness to find a solution for the problem.
They are kind people, but unprofessional when It comes to patients needs. dr. Lane senior believes people shouldn’t wear masks and said that young people wearing masks should “get a life” and staff all agreed. his staff made some in appropriate comments while I was coming out of anesthesia. Do not use this facility if you are in pain, they have no emergency appointments. I was left in a freezing cold room for an hour pre op. The window was open when they brought me in. some of the office staff not friendly or professional. I took my business somewhere else.
Office staff was not a friendly environment. Would not call to verify insurance payments, was told to find out on my own. This visit for consult left an uncomfortable opinion on this office
