Our experience was excellent from the time we arrived. The salesman took time to listen to what we wanted in a vehicle. Then took time to go over every feature of the vehicle, some we would have never known had he not taken the time. The finance team was quick and thorough as well. overall positive. honored my offer. would like to see sales person take time to list, write down and explain each line items in the pricing clearly. don't ramble in 15 seconds and later we get into finger pointing contest.
We had a very pleasant experience working with Jon. He was amazing and friendly. And Stephen was extremely helpful when i contacted him prior to coming in. The normal dread of filling out paperwork was non existant when we worked with Darrell. It was nice to see a car dealership with some integrity for a change.
