Your agent, Jake Ventimiglia was most cordial and knew the Hyundai Santa Cruz exceptionally well! There was no smoke, or mirrors, or other forms of puffing. We were not made to sweat a prolonged wait, in a small room... After inspecting and test-driving the vehicle, to our satisfaction, negotiations were clear, quick and bottom-line.
