Dirk was very courteous and took the time to hear my concerns even though I was only scheduled for my first oil change and tire rotation. He had a diagnostic run on the problem I mentioned which turned out clear. He asked me to call him immediately if the car had the same problem and he would get it in to further check on it. Sorry to hear he is going to be leaving the dealership but he took the time to introduce me to Mark Castleman and assured me he would take care of my concerns as well. So far, so good. Best dealership car buying experience my fiancé and I have had. Matt was both knowledgeable and helpful. Matt and Jeff helped us get into the vehicle we have been wanting for sometime. They did everything they could to get us into the 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe we were looking at. If we decide to purchase another vehicle I would not hesitate to go through them again.
