Jake's follow up was amazing. I put a deposit on a Santa Fe and was originally told 4 to 5 months. Jake called me 4 times to offer cars available that were not quite what I wanted. I told him I would wait dor what I wanted until the fourth time when he called with a winner. I loved it up on Feb and the whole experience was smooth, not stressful at all. This was the second Hyundai Elantra we purchased from Larry H. Miller Hyundai in 2021. Marisa again was our salesperson, and she was very organized, efficient, and helpful. Since we were coming from Mesa, we put down a deposit on the vehicle so it would be there to test drive. I was very pleased with the sales staff when I purchased my Elantra about 3 years ago. The Service Department, as a whole, has been very good but Melissa is never available to answer the phone and never calls back.

I went to Larry Miller Hyundai to buy my daughter a new car. I made the deal and communicated with Chris DiPiro who was very professional and up front about the car sale.
