"Ripped Off" I would give this dealership a 0 if possible. This was the single most awful experience I have ever had with a company. They use deception to make a sale. Kept me there almost 4 hours and never let me see anything in writing until the last 5 minutes when I was exhausted and just wanted to get home. They jacked up the monthly payment from $276, which I showed up for, to $370 a month which eventually ended up as $310. They added on all these extras not in the sales ad and said I couldn't remove them, yet later fou... read more

"Great experience!" After hearing horror stories of of buying cars, I was quite nervous about purchasing a brand new car. However, the team at LHM is absolutely fantastic. Rich (sales) and Dshon (finance) were both helpful, knowledgeable, and informative, and a pleasure to work with. They got me into a brand new Kona, the exact one I was looking for, and I love it! Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Hyundai.

"Bad customer service" Short story, bought a used car, paid cash. Car got delivered just shy of the 72 hours to stop payment on my check. I know, shady. Car had a problem not visible due to heavy rain, And, then, when I called they said they'd work with me to make me happy. Haha, lied! They didn't even attempt. I'm pretty sure a customs relations manager should care about the customer before and after their purchase. "Albert and the rest of team were nice to work with" Pleasant car buying experience, Albert/Addison/Seth/DShon were all very helpful. Will return in the future to purchase another vehicle. Would be nice if paperwork could be cut down, but understand that is for legal purposes

"Rock'n store" I worked with Hunter and Addison and had the best experience. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Everyone was great to chat with and seemed to have a great time at work.
