"Miles Above the Rest" Excellent customer service (thank you, Robert!!) Larry Miller Hyundai as a good selection of stock. We initially went to purchase a new vehicle but ended up with a great deal on a used, Hyundai Certified car (thank you, Dakota). "Overall good" Everything went well but it did take a little longer than we expected. We had somewhat prearranged the purchase so the car was ready when we arrived, which was great. We were at the dealership 3 hours even with the purchase being somewhat prearranged. The time we were there was a bit of a surprise but we still got what we wanted & were pleased with all the staff. Everyone was very attentive to our questions & needs.

"Professional and Friendly" Every person I dealt with was very professional and very friendly. They all went out of their way to help me and make me feel welcome. I have never had such a good experience in a car dealership before. I love my car and will never go anywhere else again. I will also never take my car for repairs and service except this dealership. "The wife new ride" Stopped in at Larry Miller Hyundai for an oil change and tire rotation. While waiting I met Rich Metcalf and in conversation told him that we were going to be interested in a second car. The next day we returned and bought this new Kona. Rich was a very knowledgeable sales agent. Very personable. Would definitely refer him to anybody interested in a Hyundai.
