"Friendly Service" JT was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured, and he was easy to talk to. I ended up with a car payment close to what I was expecting, and so far the car I bought is working out well. Overall a good experience.

"Great experience " Mrika was great! She made the experience more like dealing with family vs buying a car! She explained the details of the car and even picked up 1 of the 2 trades from our home after the purchase was done! She provided great customer service! She went above and beyond!! "We will do... yea right" I purchased a used vehicle for 28k, with a “We will do” to fix a rattle. Because during the test drive, the salesperson and I couldn’t find where the rattle was coming from. I was asked that if they fixed the rattle, would I buy the vehicle. I said yes, so I bought the vehicle with their promise to fix the rattle. One week later they had me bring in the vehicle. "No Pressure" Larry H. Miller Hyundai Peoria dealership is one of the most positive experiences we have been through. There was not any excess pressure on us to take any of the usual add-ons to the contract. The options were explained clearly and our responses were received without question. "Hassle free" My husband and I are like many who dread car shopping for so many reasons. This was the first dealership we showed up to and didn't want to leave without a car. We never felt pressured or that we were being taken advantage of. We were given time to think about our options and they made sure we left with the car and payment we had hoped for. I wish my mom had gone to them a few months earlier, would have saved her a lot of stress.
