I have worked in the automotive industry for over 18 years and have never had such a wonderful experience at a dealership. Marisa in Sales took my phone call when I called in to inquire about a Limited Hybrid Elantra. She immediately went to work to find me my vehicle. I brought my Elantra in to get a defective part replaced. Melissa was a major help throughout the entire process, which took a lot longer than anticipated. She kept in communication with me and I was given a rental car so I did not have to go without a vehicle. Melissa and her team took care of my car and made the process headache-free.
