We had the most pleasant experience buying our new 2023 Hyundai Palisade from Larry Miller Hyundai. We new we would have a great experience because we had the same experience last July when we purchased our new Genesis G80! At all times we were treated with professionalism and respect. We went from knowing little to nothing about EVs to buying one in 5 days. Jordan McNamara guided us through the process, educating us thoroughly along the way. Quick service before heading back to WI. Needed oil change and 2 recalls corrected. Dustin was great. Everything done. Estimated 2.5 hours. Done in 2.5 hours.
Alex was exceptional. We weren't even planning on stopping but when he waved we thought we'd stop in and we ended up buying a Santa Fe hybrid limited. Love the car. With the ac were getting 36 in the city.
From the beginning of this process to driving our new car home, this was a fun and great experience.

Had an appointment, got car in soon after. Dustin said it would be maybe 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. so offered to give a ride home, stayed, all in all wasn't to bad.
I took my 2022 Tucson in for service and everything was great. Until about 4 hours later and my car seemed to have had everything wrong. I immediately called and told Hyundai how my car was driving and all the lights that were not on my dash. They told me to have it towed in and arranged for a Lyft to pick me and my kids up because my car was not safe to drive. While I was panicked, they were calm and professional.
