"Oil Chane" I had an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Dirk was courteous and kept me informed. Unfortunately my paperwork showed that when my car was serviced supposedly my battery was checked. On Sunday (2 date later) I got in my car to go to church and It would not start. I was very perturbed that I was not informed My battery should be replaced. "Easy peasy" Marisa totally turned my prior horror experience at a dealership around. I was so not looking forward into walking into another dealership and she totally changed my views on them! Would recommend her 10/10 to everyone! She made it so painless, easy, and stress free!!! I’ve been back like three times to see her not even regarding the car haha.
