"Great and Honest Customer Serivce" Dirk was so helpful ,he answered all my questions and I didn't feel like a number. Fast and friendly, Highly recommend. I came in for recalls on my SUV and they did a full inspection let me know what I needed to service soon, but put no pressure on me to do it right then and there. "Marisa was awesome " I would highly recommend Marisa to any friends , family and anybody else looking into getting a new vehicle. "I went in for an oil change and got bamboozled " I fell for the typical dealership tricks of being nice while getting oil change, test drive then up sell me on a new car. My sales rep was Billy and started nice then became Dr. evil with the sales tactics. My top problem (there are many) is this place ran my wife's credit even though I told them not to. "Great sales" Zac is a great salesman and a great individual. He made sure that my wife and i was taken care of. We had an issue with another dealership, told him about our issue and he made sure that it wouldnt happen with him. He was upfront and honest with every aspect of purchasing of our new car. "Excellent Customer Service" Dakota was our sales agent and he made the buying experience easy and quick! However Robert Smith customer service manager was by far the highlight of this dealership. After getting our brand new car home we realized that there was a significant paint peel on the front bumper. Robert scheduled us with the body shop and even went so far as to drop off the loaner vehicle and pick up our car from our place of work.
