"Well Done" Loren was great. Honestly, if not for Loren, we might not have purchased Hyundai. Neither I, nor my parents, were that familiar with Hyundai. Loren was able to make a superior Hyundai introduction. I was looking for a vehicle for myself and my parents ended up purchasing a vehicle for themselves. The negotiation process was a little harder then I had hoped for (Sales Manager). However, in the end, it was a fair price for both vehicles. Dirk Dunham, my service advisor, always greets me and listens to my needs. He tells me when work is needed and when it isn't; and he doesn't put pressure on me to get recommended work done right away (unless it would be dangerous not to).
