"HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP" Liars & completely dishonest! If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would. I was in the dealership this afternoon & Loren Rosenberg a, Finance Manage, was assisting me with questions on my deal. I asked Loren 3 times if the $500 Hyundai Loyalty discount was included in the deal. Loren wasn’t sure & said he would go find out, he came back & assured me that the $500 was NOT included. Stephen, I am sorry that there was confusion about whether the loyalty rebate was included in the initial presentation of numbers. The vehicle that you were considering had a $2,500 manufacturer rebate and an available customer loyalty rebate of $500. At every point during the presentation, we offered you the full $3,000 rebate which included the loyalty. Every document presented clearly discloses the full $3,000. "Excellent dealership, very friendly helpful, knowledgeable."
