"I'm so happy!" My salesperson was absolutely amazing! He showed me how to navigate the Bluetooth and satellite radio, introduced me to the service department, even made the wait for finance, etc., amusing.

"Failed to disclose costs" would not use this dealership. I have bought 11 new cars so I am pretty used to the car buying process and these guys are some of the worst I have seen. My sales guy was 20 years old and turned me over to his 24 year old assistant sales manager. I was very clear about what I wanted and thought we had agreed on a price before I came up from Tucson to sign paperwork, Imagine my surprise to see a $500 VIN Etching on the windows, and over a $1,000 to fill tires with nitrogen etc. which they hadn't disc... read more

"2017 Tuscon Purchase" Good overall experience buying my 2017 Tuscon at Larry Miller. My only concern is that I traded in 2011 Santa Fe and was expecting to get a higher trade-in amount. I'm not sure why my particular model was only worth what it was as it only had 50K miles on it and was routinely serviced. Other than that I would keep on buying my cars at Larry Miller. "Excellent purchase experience" Jake, Deshawn, Michael and Robert took excellent care to ensure a pleasant (as car-buying goes) and uncomplicated and honest experience.I thought long and hard before trading my beautiful,2008 Red Toyota Solara, but absolutely love my low-mileage 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid! It is an attractive, high MPG vehicle that was surprisingly powerful with only 4 cylinders! I had to watch my speed all the way home, because of its quiet power. I am totally amazed with the wonderful quiet ride and power!

"From Steve and Peggy Hiatt" Absolute best team ever. I would totally recommend people from Tucson to take their business there. My only concern will be what service I get here in Tucson. The closest deal that you have here is a Chrystler dealer for service. Not knowing them or even if they can service my new Hyundai.

"Great experience" I called ahead with the car I was interested in. Cader had the car ready for me to test drive and got me through the purchase quickly. Jeff in finance made that portion of the purchase very easy as well.
