"4 time customer" When my 2010 Elantra transmission started making noise at 130k miles, there wasn't much of a question where I would go to replace it. Got a good deal with only a little wangling.

"New lease" Everything was great. I felt like my salesperson took the time to find the right car for me instead of pushing something that I was not interested in. Sales mgr played NO games and I will definitely do business here again!

"Disappointed" my sales person Addison arrived for my test drive later than he was supposed to. I actually told him to just cancel it and I was going just go to another dealership, he didn't even apologize. Handsome guy But very unprofessional, played rap music during the test drive that had profanity. I honestly should have asked for another sales person. He even brought out the wrong paperwork for the car and I had to point it out to him. His sales manager was condescending.

"Great experience" I was amazed at the efforts of this team to put me in the vehicle of my choice.
