Finally was able to complete my last recall item, which took a while due to part shortages. Also, was able to get my broken door guard fixed as well. My service advisor was Austin and was great to work with. Unlike Alexandria, who was hard to get a hold of and would never return calls. I do think that also could have been a reason why my recall part took so long to arrive
They make service easy on the app and in person. Professional and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable for a dealership.
The advisor was pleasant to work with. He called Lyft for me and I was updated on progress on my vehicle. Car was ready when they said it would be. Great experience!

Dustin (my service advisor) was professional, courteous and pleasant. A rare find in customer service these days. It was ok. The wait was long even with an appointment but they had snacks and drinks. The chairs weren’t that comfortable but at least there was a place to sit. Staff was nice. No major complaints. It’s nice you can track your cars progress and they do wash your car.
