Austin was excellent. It was busy when I arrived and he was working with a customer that looked liked was giving him a hard time. He greeted me with a smile and was professional. He was in communication with me the entire time. Once my car was ready he promptly got my car ready and sent me off with professionalism. Thanks Austin!

Still can't figure out why an oil change takes 3 hours, when you bring the car in early. Need to work on their scheduling.
I hate to purchase cars with the runaround you get and the time it takes, but it was actually a good experience. It took time but was not unpleasant. Vohn was great- he was knowledgeable and really helped us find the vehicle that fit our needs. Would come back if I needed another vehicle.

Made an appointment a month in advance for a basic oil and filter change. Waited over two hours. It would be nice if they were a little quicker and included a basic car wash.
