Rich Medcalf, otherwise known as coach, the sales manager directed us to a sales person ,JD who introduced us to the Santa Cruz and all the features which I purchased with coach's help. Great fun. Then to Jeff Alves who went over all the finance information and then to Kaitlyn who took us out to the new Santa Cruz and went over all the outside and inside options. Ana Nadjalin is the gold standard for customer service. I had an issue with the radio in my Hyundai Tucson and texted her to outline the problem and what were next steps. I did not realize it was her day off. Ana texted me back quickly, then called me for specifics, and got my car in for service the next day……SHE DID ALL OF THIS ON HER DAY OFF! My wife and I had a great opportunity in meeting with Kaitlyn Orabanec, she took us out to the vehicle we just purchased and went over all the things that make this such a great Santa Cruz. Kaitlyn did all the outside features and all the inside controls and helped setting up systems.
